mhd burble with cats

Hi all i recently got an MHD tune on my stock e90 2008 335i. FYI my car sprung a leak when I activated the burble option and was DD it. The 328 did it more audibly and reliably than my 335 does, but both made the sound. Does anyone know why this is or has anyone has a similar issue? N54 Ghost Cam Tune.
